Today while I was reading blogs, and surfing the net. Just having finished my life support system of my daily Diet Coke; Roo was getting fussy so I gave her my Diet Coke can to play with. (Can you see where this is going?) So being a eight month old she plays with it and has a lot of fun until she sticks her finger in the top and cuts it. Good thinking Mom!!! Someone give me a gold star for the day please?

Ohh! Poor thing. Being on the same Diet Coke life support for as long as I can remember, I hate to admit but the same thing has happened to my girls...
I am a Dr. Pepper addict myself - and I prefer fountain - so we don't get the cuts - we get spills! It's been so fun to keep up with your family. Jacee is five btw. We are starting to plan our Thanksgiving and I'm making stew and scones Wed night - brings back some memories!
I totally thought she was going to drink some drops that were left in the can and be way hyper all day long. Good surprise ending. Sorry she got a booboo. :(
I have to laugh - I am reading this right after I have cleaned up a broken glass 'tea party mug' that I let Joshy play with so that I could have some 'me time' (which is going to make Sarah very happy when she gets home... wow 2for1 on that one!)...

I also thought she would drink some diet coke and be hyper.
btw, it was kind of funny becuause it looked like you awarded the diet coke bottle with bad mother of the day award.
